The objective of the BCV Swiss Small & Mid Caps Equity ESG Subfund is to achieve long term capital gains. The Subfund is broadly diversified and seeks out the best investment opportunities through a multidimensional management approach combining qualitative, fundamental, and behavioral analysis. The Subfund invests in equities, uncertified securities, non-voting certificates, warrants, and similar of companies either headquartered in Switzerland or exercising a predominant part of their economic activity herein that are part of the SPI Extra® small and medium-sized company index. The portion of the sub-fund's assets as defined in the investment policy, the portfolio manager integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into the investment selection process and their weighting in the portfolio. The share in collective investments is limited to a maximum of 10% of the Subfund's assets.
