Fund’s investment objective
This sub-fund’s investment objective is to secure long-term capital growth with a reduced degree of volatility and low correlation with leading financial markets. The sub-fund is a fund of funds investing primarily in a diversified and multi-strategy portfolio comprising traditional or alternative (hedge) funds. The target funds for investment are selected so as to maximise the risk/reward trade-off by restricting volatility to the order of 3% to 5% over three years. The fund manager pays particular attention to selecting target funds for investment that have little correlation with each other and pursuing quite different-style strategies.
